CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify of cancellations 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment giving the opportunity for an appointment for others. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours require full payment to rebook the next service. Transformation/Grey blending appointments require 24 hours notice or forfeit deposit excluding inclement weather conditions. Please message me at 605-940-1409 to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
